Hi, I'm Bev Kubat

I help individuals, teams, and organisations build the capability to deliver today while adapting for tomorrow.

Strengthening the human side of performance.

Strong performance starts with people - how they think, how they work together, and how they make sense of an increasingly complex world. I partner with individuals, teams, and whole organisations to build capability across the three intersecting domains of individual mastery, collective intelligence and technology enablement. My approach is grounded in operational experience and a simple, practical methodology that turns insight into meaningful, lasting improvement.

Who I Work With

Individuals

I work with leaders at every level to strengthen their adaptive capacity - the ability to learn, adjust, and grow as conditions change.

Teams

I partner with leadership teams to build trust and establish the conditions that make it possible to do hard work well, together.

Organisations

I work with leaders to deeply understand their people's experience and shape the conditions for collective flourishing.

Let's start a conversation.

If you're looking to strengthen yourself, your team, or your organisation, I'd love to explore how we can work together.

Why Clients Work With Me

Deep operational experience. Human-centred insight. Practical change.

My Background

With 30 years in mining - starting as a mining engineer and spending the majority of my career working directly in operations - I bring genuine, first-hand understanding of operational life. My coaching spans the full leadership spectrum, from emerging supervisors finding their feet to seasoned executives navigating complexity.

My Interest

Navigating complexity requires us to understand how to develop a workforce that can support an internal rate of change and learning that matches the demands of the external environment. I am intensely curious about how to marry the motivation and capability of individuals to organisation objectives so that both thrive.

My Methodology

My four-stage, 'Knowledge-2-Know How' methodology helps leaders understand their system (Discover), make sense of what matters (Contextualise), turn insight into practical, repeatable ways of working (Apply) and ensure growth becomes sustainable (Reflect).
